Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and multitasking Operations Executive to manage daily office activities. This is an office-based role focused on business communication and documentation. Freshers are welcome as we provide initial training to help you understand our business and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outgoing calls to leads, handling incoming customer inquiries, and ensuring regular follow-ups.
Maintaining "Daily Lead Reports" and updating CRM/Excel sheets for tracking.
Briefing customers about services (CCTV, IT Services, Web/App Development, Social Media Handling) and closing office-based sales.
Creating professional quotes, invoices, and maintaining basic office records.
Designing basic posters using Canva and managing social media postings.
Reporting directly to the founders and coordinating with the technical team for project updates.
Attending to walk-in customers and managing retail sales at the office.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream / Pursuing students can also apply).
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates. We provide initial training to help everyone align with our business processes.
Basic knowledge of Computers (MS Office, Internet) and familiarity with Canva is a plus.
Strong confidence in speaking with customers and making business calls.
Residence: Preference will be given to local candidates from Ambala (Nearby Jandli).
