Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for our automotive-based company. The candidate will act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, excellent customer service, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support through calls, emails, and direct communication.
- Coordinate between customers and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as a bridge between the company and customers to resolve issues effectively.
- Follow up on customer requirements, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports when required.
- Support sales and service teams in customer coordination activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Automotive Industry preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in automotive or automobile-related companies is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be confident in handling multilingual communication.
- Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
