Job Description – Night Bidding Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Bidding Executive to generate business opportunities through online bidding platforms and convert leads into potential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and other platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Research potential clients, industries, and project requirements.
- Handle initial client communication and understand project needs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales, business development, and technical teams.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly bidding, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, lead generation, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, software development, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
