Loom Craft Building is seeking a results-driven Marketing Engineer (Civil) responsible for generating leads through field marketing activities and converting those leads into successful sales. The role requires strong technical understanding along with excellent client-handling and negotiation skills to manage the complete sales cycle.
Conduct field marketing activities to identify and generate new leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Follow up on payments and maintain client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and site execution
Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
Basic knowledge of estimation and costing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Willingness to travel for field work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
