About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our UK International Process. The successful candidate will interact with UK customers, understand their financial requirements, provide appropriate guidance on financial products and services, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with UK customers regarding financial products and services.
Understand customer financial needs, objectives, and risk appetite through effective questioning and active listening.
Provide information and suitable guidance on relevant financial products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, charges, risks, and terms clearly and accurately.
Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling where appropriate.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems after every interaction.
Follow prescribed sales, quality, compliance, and customer-service procedures.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with UK financial-services regulations and internal compliance standards.
Meet agreed KPIs relating to sales, conversion, call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate team.
Stay updated on products, processes, regulatory requirements, and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
1–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or international voice processes preferred.
Strong spoken and written English with a neutral/clear communication style.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Good understanding of financial products and basic investment concepts.
Strong customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
Good computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
Experience handling UK customers or a UK international process.
Knowledge of UK financial products, investments, pensions, insurance, mortgages, or wealth-management services.
Familiarity with UK FCA-related compliance principles is preferred.
