Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space, and budget.
- Develop and present innovative interior design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Convert company-generated and self-generated leads into confirmed projects.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective consultation, communication, and follow-up.
- Manage clients through estimation, design finalization, production, execution, and project handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Generate referrals and contribute to business growth.
Skills & Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Interior Design, B.Voc in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Design Consulting, or Sales. Experience in modular interiors, furniture, home décor, or related industries is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for design and sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be based out of Kochi or willing to relocate.
Additionally Required Skills:
- Strong design visualization, space planning, and presentation skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client conversion abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about design and sales.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.
