Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives to promote our educational programs, generate leads, counsel prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on student leads.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records and CRM updates.
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
