- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Configure and support Business Partner & Contract Account
- Manage Move-In/Move-Out and Contract processes
- Coordinating with cross functional teams for seam less integration and flow
- Interaction records
- Strong understanding of the meter to cash process
- Regulatory processes ( like MAKO for German utilities)
- Exposure to German utilities market

- This position is based at our Pune office.
