Role Overview

We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Corporate & Private Event Sales Executive who will help drive business by connecting with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals looking for exceptional event experiences.
Whether you're a fresher with outstanding communication skills or someone with sales experience, if you have the right attitude, we'll help you grow into a successful hospitality sales professional.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
- Promote Sourberry's premium dining experiences, private events, celebrations, and corporate packages.
- Conduct client meetings, venue tours, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized event solutions.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Events, Kitchen, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Sourberry at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
