We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented professionals to join our growing team across various branches of a leading NBFC in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and customer acquisition
- Field marketing & door-to-door promotional activities
- Gold loan operations and customer service
- Loan recovery and relationship management
- Supporting branch operations and branch campaigns
- Promoting insurance and third-party products
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships and branch reputation
Candidate Requirements
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service
- Willingness to work in field marketing and branch operations
- Ability to achieve business targets and work as part of a team
- Freshers can also apply
Preferred
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service will be an added advantage
