Job Description * Maintain accurate client records and therapy notes.
- Prepare psychological evaluation reports.
- Submit periodic reports as required by the organization.
- Conduct psychological evaluations using standardized assessment tools and interviews.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and cognitive concerns.
- Prepare psychological reports and diagnostic summaries
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, behavioral therapy, or supportive counseling.
- Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.
- Develop individualized intervention or therapy plans based on client needs.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all therapeutic practices.
- Provide expert advice to organizations, schools, hospitals, or NGOs on mental health matters.
- Support staff in handling psychological or behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
- Conduct workshops and training programs on mental health, stress management, and emotional well-being.
- Develop awareness programs for communities, employees, or students.
