Location: Hyderabad- TG, India
Shift Timings: 8 hours/day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST, with flexible weekly offs based on business requirements.
The New Verticals Associate supports Deliveroo’s grocery and retail growth by delivering high-quality operational work across inventory (price/stock), catalogue/menu management, and taxonomy/data quality. This role ensures that partners trade smoothly and customers see accurate, compliant, and easy-to-shop catalogues. You will report to the Skills Centre Squad Lead.
Type: Fixed-term (9 months) — Contract may be extended or converted to a permanent role depending on business requirements, availability, performance, and organisational needs.

Inventory Management (P&S):
Catalogue/Menu Operations:
Support menu creation for launches, refreshes, and fixes (items, images, attributes) across Platform and integrated flows.
Taxonomy & Data Quality:
Compliance/Content Moderation:
Promotions/Campaign Execution:
Partner Onboarding/Admin Setup:
Competitor/Market Checks:
Strong ownership, prioritisation, and attention to detail; adherence to SOPs
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (filters, pivots, lookups, data checks)
Clear written and verbal communication; proactive with escalation and updates
Comfortable with workflow tools (e.g., monday.com, forms, trackers)
