Job Description:
- Analysis of existing payment processing systems, architecture, systems involved and its workflows. Provide guidance to clients in selection of payment processing system.
- Analyze, prepare, plan, and carry out the tasks in the project related to payments.
- Understanding of how MT/ISO’s XML messages are created, stored, transformed, and
- transmitted through applications across the payments landscape.
- Able to work with messages such as pain, pacs, camt, etc. and their relative payment use cases.
- Expertise in test case design and estimation for payment processing systems; spanning across Digital/Mobile applications, Treasury Management systems and back-office systems.
- Produce requirements documents – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, High-level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping and Requirements traceability
- Identifying business scenarios, reviewing test coverage, reviewing test cases.
- Experience in supporting pre-sales, sales, account management on creating and presenting knowledge-packs for Client demos.
- Working knowledge payment operations and assimilating industry best-practices, latest functional and technology trends to team members
- Knowledge and understanding on automation frameworks and tools, service virtualization, robotic process automation.
- Experience of working on Payment processing platforms like GPP, Dovetail, etc.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- SME with 8-10 years of experience in QA or as Product owner or as Business Analyst or equivalent role in payments.
- 5+ years of experience as Product owner or in payments processing.
- Knowledge on Payments domain (SWIFT/Fedwire/Chips/RTP/ACH).
- Experience on Swift message format MT/MX/ISO20022
- Extensive hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Knowledge of test standards, processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Hands on experience in preparing and reviewing test plans, strategies, project plans.
- Worked with client’s business teams to understand requirements.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and domains
- Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Payments domain: 5 years (Required)
- Business Analyst/ Product owner: 5 years (Preferred)
- SWIFT message format: 3 years (Preferred)
- Manual Testing: 3 years (Preferred)
