Join our growing commercial real estate team and play a key role in driving Grade A office leasing transactions across major cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire leasing mandates from developers and landlords.
- Generate business through corporate occupiers, IPCs, brokers, and direct client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions, including client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Track market trends and maintain accurate CRM and leasing reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial office leasing.
- Strong network with developers, corporate occupiers, IPCs, and brokers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Grade A office leasing, occupier or landlord representation.
- MBA or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
