We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
