About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Medical Billing team as Accounts Receivable (AR) Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, identifying payment issues, and supporting the timely collection of healthcare accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Review unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Contact insurance representatives to check claim status and payment details.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate follow-up action.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account status.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Prepare and submit claim-related documentation when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending accounts and outstanding balances.
- Update patient/account information accurately in billing systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and HIPAA-related confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/commerce graduates are also welcome.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a US Shift.
- Willingness to learn US healthcare and medical billing processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Medical Billing / US Healthcare RCM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and denial management is a plus.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD, and HCPCS terminology is an advantage.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
