## Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
* Explain Wedding Alliance services and membership plans to customers.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide the best possible assistance.
* Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into registrations.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
## Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in *Hindi* (basic English communication is an added advantage).
* Minimum *6 months* of experience in Tele calling, Tele Sales, or Customer Support.
* Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.
* Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
## Preferred Candidates
* Experience in the *Matrimony industry* will be an added advantage.
