Job Description
Akhnaaz Insurance Services is expanding its insurance distribution network across India and is looking for District Branch Partners to develop and manage insurance business within their district.
The role involves recruiting insurance partners, supporting customers, assisting with claim coordination, and building a strong local insurance network.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage insurance partners/agents
- Develop insurance business in the assigned district
- Support customers with policy and renewal assistance
- Coordinate claim support activities
- Conduct local marketing and awareness campaigns
- Achieve monthly business targets
- Train and guide new insurance partners
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
- Experience in insurance, sales, finance, banking, marketing or business development preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
