Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers across engineering, production, R&D, and technical support to understand role-specific requirements and talent needs.

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), employee referrals, and industry-specific networks.

Source passive and active candidates through databases, professional networks, and industry events relevant to the electronics sector.

Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely updates and data integrity throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into their roles.

Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) and provide insights to optimize hiring efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitive compensation benchmarks in the electronics and technology space.

Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and career opportunities through digital and community outreach.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, or technology manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in using ATS platforms

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with technical job roles in electronics (e.g., PCB design, embedded systems, quality assurance, production engineering).

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for campus drives, industry fairs, or recruitment events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with recruitment in manufacturing or high-tech electronics environments.
