Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through digital platforms, cold calling, and networking
- Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Convert prospects into customers and close deals
2. Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Increase occupancy of coworking spaces and private cabins
- Upsell services such as virtual office, meeting rooms, and additional seats
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure
- Provide excellent customer experience during onboarding
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
- Suggest pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities
5. Partnerships & Networking
- Build partnerships with consultants, brokers, and business communities
- Generate referral business and strategic tie-ups
Daily Activities
- Respond to enquiries and follow up with leads
- Schedule and conduct office tours
- Update CRM and maintain lead database
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams
Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
