Front Desk Management:
Managing the reception area, attending patients, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Telecalling & Lead Handling:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls, explaining basic services, and converting leads into confirmed appointments.
Follow-up Management:
Maintaining consistent follow-up with new leads, missed appointments, and pending conversions to ensure maximum appointment booking.
Appointment Coordination:
Booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments while coordinating with management and doctors for smooth patient flow.
CRM & Data Management:
Updating and maintaining accurate records of leads, calls, and patient details.
Patient Relationship Handling:
Ensuring polite and professional communication with patients to maintain a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
Lead Quality Analysis (Marketing Support):
- Evaluating and analyzing lead quality to support the marketing team in improving targeting, conversion efficiency, and overall lead performance.
- Participate in creating promotional videos, awareness campaigns, social media content, and branding activities for the clinic.
Assist doctors and medical staff during patient procedures
Whenever required. Support the smooth functioning of the medical facility during emergency situations or when additional assistance is needed.
Reporting:
Maintaining daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and appointments handled.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
