We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Finance, Valuation, or Transaction Advisory Consultant for a one-time freelance project involving the preparation of investor-ready fundraising materials for a Construction & Engineering company.
The scope includes developing an integrated financial model, DCF valuation, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, investor pitch deck, and executive summary. The consultant should have prior experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, valuation advisory, private equity, corporate finance, or fundraising assignments.
This is a project-based freelance engagement, and the deliverables should be suitable for discussions with private equity funds, family offices, strategic investors, and institutional investors. Applicants are encouraged to share relevant experience and sample work demonstrating similar engagements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
