Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the team for leads and client management.
- Perform basic administrative and office tasks.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
- Prior telecalling or receptionist experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
