Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our International Voice Process team. You will be responsible for handling calls with international customers and providing top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with international clients
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
- Maintain call quality and performance metrics
- Document interactions in the system
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in BPO/Voice process is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude
Shift Details:
- Night shifts
- 5 Days Working
