Chemico Valves Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Valves catering to Government Departments, PSUs, EPC Contractors, Water Treatment Plants, Steel Plants, Power Plants, and Industrial Projects across India.
Job Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, Tender Tiger, state e-procurement portals, and other tender websites.
- Handle complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and production departments for tender requirements.
- Upload bids on GeM and other e-tender portals.
- Manage EMD, Bank Guarantees, and tender-related documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender requirements when necessary.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, orders received, and tender status reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding tender results and order processing.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted before deadlines. Tender executives commonly manage end-to-end bid preparation, portal monitoring, documentation, compliance, and timely submissions.
Pay: ₹15,646.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
