We are hiring a Back Office Executive for our Presales Coordination team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will coordinate between Sales, Presales, OEMs, and Distributors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely execution of tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales & Presales teams
- Handling day-to-day back office operations
- Coordination with internal teams for reports and documentation
- Maintain reports and CRM data
- Verify documents, vouchers & attendance records
- Ensure smooth internal communication
- Follow up on quotations and project updates
Required Skills
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic Excel/MS Office knowledge
- Good follow-up and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- CRM knowledge is an advantage
