Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues.
- Maintain POS systems, billing software, KDS, barcode scanners, and payment devices.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Install software updates, antivirus, and perform regular data backups.
- Provide IT support to Head Office, warehouses, and all QSR outlets.
- Set up IT infrastructure for new outlet openings.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
- Ensure minimal system downtime through preventive maintenance.
- Follow IT security policies and maintain system documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
