Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to coordinate dispatch activities, manage transportation, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain logistics documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics coordination, transporter management, and dispatch planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatches and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for vehicle arrangements.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, E-Way Bills, delivery challans, LR copies, and transport documents.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
- Ensure timely closure of Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain dispatch records.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Customer Service teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor transportation costs and optimize freight expenses.
- Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain transporter performance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and dispatch reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to transportation and dispatch.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in transporter coordination and dispatch management.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,054.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
