About Us
Hotel Saffon is a premium boutique hotel located on the Chandigarh–Ambala Highway, Dera Bassi. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm hospitality and professional service. We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
- Manage late-night guest requests and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports, night audit entries, and handover notes.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to hotel procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Guest Relations in the hospitality industry.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS software is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
