- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching primary school students
- Flexible schedule; part-time or full-time availability
- Ability to conduct sessions on weekdays and/or weekends based on student requirements
- In-depth knowledge of primary education subjects and age-appropriate teaching techniques
- Strong organizational skills and time management to plan lessons effectively
- Ability to engage and maintain students attention in a virtual environment
- Problem-solving skills to address learning gaps or challenges
- Adaptability to work with students of diverse learning abilities

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and curriculum-aligned lessons to young learners, fostering a love for learning while supporting their academic growth
- Conduct online tutoring sessions for primary school students in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Hindi, Science, and Social Studies, Physics, Chemistry
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and individual student needs
- Monitor and evaluate students progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment using digital tools and resources
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Identify learning challenges and adapt teaching methods to ensure students comprehension and retention
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and student performance
