Role Overview
Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Tour Manager with experience in managing group travel programs. The role involves coordinating and overseeing group tours for domestic and international destinations, ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate group tour itineraries and travel schedules
- Manage operational arrangements including hotels, transport, and sightseeing
- Coordinate with suppliers and local partners for group movements
- Prepare travel documents, vouchers, and booking confirmations
- Monitor tour operations and address any travel-related issues
- Work closely with the sales team to support group tour proposals
- Ensure timely communication with clients and service partners
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience handling group tours (GIT)
- Knowledge of domestic and international tour operations
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple group movements and travel timelines
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Graduate in any discipline
