Key Responsibilities Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage company assets, inventory, office supplies, and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics as required.
- Monitor vehicle fleet management, including maintenance, insurance, permits, and registrations.
Liasoning
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Head for legal documentation and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and regulatory authorities, as is directed by the Legal Head.
- Liaise with Government Departments, Local Self Government Departments (LSGD), Panchayats, Village Offices, Revenue Offices, Pollution Control Board, Mining & Geology Department, and other statutory authorities.
- Track licenses, permits, renewals, and statutory compliances.
Documentation
- Ensure timely updating of internal forms, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain document control procedures and confidential records.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, General Liaisoning, or Office Management.
- Exposure in General HR, would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
