Position: Website Designer
Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web design best practices, and experience with website-building platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites that provide an excellent user experience across devices.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, and web components aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website features and enhancements.
- Manage and update website content, images, and pages.
- Optimize websites for performance, usability, and SEO.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement website improvements.
- Ensure website functionality, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
- Monitor website performance and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in website design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience with website platforms such as Wix and WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices.
- Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing business websites, landing pages.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website analytics.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Portfolio showcasing website design projects.
