Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Software Consultant to manage client interactions for our software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, conducting software demonstrations, understanding client requirements, coordinating software implementation, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable meeting clients, and be capable of explaining software features and benefits effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and coordinate with prospective clients from leads provided by the company.
- Schedule and conduct software demonstrations, both online and at client locations.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software features and functionalities.
- Assist clients in evaluating the software and addressing their queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth software setup, implementation, and onboarding.
- Provide initial training and guidance to customers on software usage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients regarding implementation progress and support requirements.
- Maintain records of client meetings, demonstrations, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on client interactions and software adoption.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the support/technical team for issue resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
