Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service teams by maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer appointments and deliveries
- Conduct post-service and post-sale follow-up calls
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Generate leads and schedule test drives (for sales CRE)
- Send reminders for vehicle service, insurance renewal, and feedback collection
- Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention levels
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions
