Job Description
As the Technical Project Management Coordinator you will help manage all the
development initiatives undertaken by the Production Technology team. You will report to
the HoD of Production Technology and work with a cross-functional Production Scheduling
and Creative Stakeholder teams. In working with the HoD, you will play a vital role in
improving our delivery process while assuring the highest level of quality across all
software solutions from the Production Technology team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
● Good office software skills and general internet based tool capabilities
● Decent Google Sheets/Excel skills to prepare and maintain Project Management
templates, tracking sheets, generate reports and preparing data visualizations
● Very good organization and prioritization skills to stay on top multiple task streams
● Decent experience in calendar management, emailing and followup activities
● Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to effectively interact with
stakeholders and software development teams
● Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies of project
management
● Exposure and experience with any ticket tracking software like Jira/ OpenProject/
Asana is a plus
● Basic knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Kanban and
such is a plus
Requirements:
● Motivated to empower and drive the software team with the goal of optimising
productivity and encouraging accountability
● Facilitate gathering project requirements, priorities to design development plans in
collaboration with leadership and technology team
● Inherit and maintain Development and Support plans/schedules and followup on
items for on-time delivery
● Coordinate project progress through effective meetings, use of ticketing systems
Added advantage:
● Prior project management/coordination experience in Animation/VFX production,
Gaming or software development
