Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse to assist in surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the OT. The candidate will work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operation theatre for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with OT team for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (e.g., TNMC)
- 0–3 years of experience in OT (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts / Day & Night shift
Salary:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
