Role Overview:
You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery for Saathi partners. The role involves resolving partner queries, supporting with product knowledge, ensuring collections, and relaying market feedback. You will drive repeat purchases, build long‑term relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets through structured beat planning and regular field visits.
The Role:
Coordinate with Marketing, LMD, FC, and Category teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery for Saathi partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for Saathi partners for all operational queries, complaints, and post-sale service needs — resolving issues within defined TAT.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders.
Relay ground-level market feedback, partner requirements, and competitor insights to relevant internal teams for informed decision-making.
Support Saathi partners with product knowledge, scheme communication, and availability updates to enable informed purchase decisions.
Ensure timely collections and flag credit risks proactively to the relevant stakeholders
Drive repeat purchases by maintaining consistent partner engagement and building trust-based, long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets from the assigned Saathi partner network through structured beat planning and regular field visits.
What we are looking for:
Graduation in B.Sc. Agriculture or related field (mandatory; freshers and experienced welcome)
Ability to speak Haryanvi (Mandatory).
Clear decision‑making with a data‑driven approach..
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of local district areas.
