Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. It is an excellent opportunity for BBA and MBA students or recent graduates to gain practical HR exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct telephonic screening of applicants.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave, and HR database management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA (HR), MBA (HR), or PGDM (HR).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
