Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced E-commerce Growth Expert — Business & Strategy who can build, scale, and optimize a high-growth B2B e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in driving revenue, customer acquisition, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
This role requires someone who can identify business opportunities, solve complex commercial challenges, and create scalable growth strategies while collaborating with technology, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Business Leadership
Experience owning e-commerce revenue, profitability, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- B2B Commerce Understanding
Strong understanding of complex products, custom pricing, quotations, distributors, dealers, and long B2B sales cycles.
- Business Problem Identification
Ability to identify gaps in product discovery, conversion, sales operations, merchandising, fulfilment, and customer retention.
- Growth and Scale Experience
Proven experience scaling an e-commerce business across markets, customer segments, channels, or product categories.
- Commercial and Strategic Thinking
Ability to convert market opportunities and customer problems into clear offerings, partnerships, and revenue strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in B2B e-commerce business management.
- Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses and driving sustainable growth.
- Deep understanding of business strategy, commercial planning, and revenue management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in customer journey optimization and conversion rate improvement.
- Knowledge of digital commerce platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and ERP integrations.
