*Position:* _*Account Executive*_
*Salary:* _*₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month*_
*(Based on experience and last salary drawn)*
*Job Location:*
*Current Plant: _Korat Chowk, Rajkot_*
➡ *Plant will be shifted to _Sadak Pipaliya_ after _3 months._*
*Experience:* _*1–3 Years*_
*Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred*
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
✅ _*Maintain proper descriptions in each expense entry.*_
✅ _*Verify Purchase Invoice scanned copies with original physical copies.*_
✅ _*Verify Supplier Invoices (Rate, PO Rate, Quantity & Total Amount) against Purchase Orders.*_
✅ _*Maintain Purchase Orders and proper filing records.*_
✅ _*Prepare Daily Purchase Reports and share with the Purchase Team & Director.*_
✅ _*Prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes.*_
✅ _*Send TDS deduction details to suppliers via email.*_
✅ _*Maintain Invoice and Voucher records in both soft copy and hard copy formats.*_
✅ _*Prepare regular stock/debt statements as required.*_
✅ _*Assist in maintaining standardized documents related to Accounts.*_
*Required Skills:*
✔ _*Knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Excel*_
✔ _*Understanding of GST, TDS & Accounting Processes*_
✔ _*Good Communication & Documentation Skills*_
✔ _*Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy*_
