Social Media Manager / Content Creator
We are looking for someone who actually understands Instagram, not just someone who can schedule posts.
What we need:
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos and posts
- Identify trending audio, hooks, formats and content ideas
- Edit raw videos into professional, attention-grabbing Reels
- Write engaging captions and hooks
- Post consistently and manage the content calendar
- Understand how to increase reach, engagement and followers organically
- Track performance and improve content based on what is working
- Keep up with current social media trends
- Experience with Instagram and preferably TikTok
Important: We are looking for someone who can actively grow the page, bring new ideas, and take ownership of the content — not someone who simply posts what we provide.
