SEM Group is looking for a Telecaller to join our team. We specialize in wooden fabrication services for exhibition stalls.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their requirements for upcoming exhibitions, and assisting them with stall fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to exhibitors and companies
- Understand client requirements for exhibition stall fabrication
- Provide information about our wooden fabrication services
- Maintain records of client conversations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Handle client queries in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Punjabi)
- Confident in speaking on calls
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
