Core Responsibilities
- Process Engineering (SMT/Backend): Optimize and troubleshoot processes like screen printing, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and 3D SPI/AOI to minimize defects (e.g., bridging, tombstoning).
- Production & NPI Execution: Drive factory readiness for new product launches. Manage manufacturing lines, line balancing, cycle times, and materials flow (FIFO/kitting) to ensure target throughput (UPH).
- Equipment Maintenance & Reliability: Develop preventive maintenance schedules for SMT platforms (e.g., Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic) to maximize uptime and minimize equipment-related downtime.
- Quality & Compliance: Lead defect root-cause analysis (False call analysis), enforce IPC-A-610 standards, and ensure ISO compliance.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and certify SMT operators and line engineers. Establish shift schedules and monitor KPIs to maintain zero-defect goals and on-time delivery.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
