SLT Lighting LLP is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, organizing, and dispatching lighting products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing lists.
- Pack lighting products securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
- Verify product quantity, model, and quality before packing and dispatch.
- Label and prepare packages for delivery.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods safely.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock in an orderly manner.
- Assist in stock counting, inventory checks, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
- Follow company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two (Higher qualifications are welcome).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous warehouse, packing, logistics, or inventory experience is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products safely.
- Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Weekly Off: Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
