Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior TPM Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in TPM business processes, TPM tool configurations, and end-to-end project implementations. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful TPM initiatives and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand TPM business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize TPM tools based on business needs and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end TPM project implementations including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trade promotion planning and execution processes.
- Provide functional expertise on promotions, claims management, deductions, accruals, and sales planning processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and ensure smooth TPM operations.
- Document business processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Role Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall experience, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
- Deep understanding of TPM business processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with TPM tool configuration and customization.
- Proven experience managing TPM implementation projects end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with leading TPM platforms/tools.
- Exposure to sales planning and revenue management processes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
