Job Title: Sales & Distribution Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Distribution Executive to manage sales operations and support distribution activities in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, managing dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales and distribution activities in the assigned area
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
Promote company products and increase market reach
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits and market coverage
Monitor stock availability and ensure proper product distribution
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Prepare basic sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to do field work
Basic understanding of sales and distribution process
Graduate / 12th pass (depending on company requirement)
