Key Responsibilities:
- Understand RWaltz services and offerings in the IT domain.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines, prospect databases, and client information using CRM tools (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 Months to 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of the IT services market
- Strong learning mindset and result-oriented approach
