Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products or services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales quotas and call volume targets.
- Lead Management: Following up on leads from marketing campaigns and identifying new opportunities.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with prospects using professional scripts, handling objections, and building rapport.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately recording all interaction details, customer information, and sales data in CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
