Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for handling Modern Trade operations across Tamil Nadu, primarily for D-Mart and Reliance stores. The candidate will be responsible for PO collection, merchandising execution, relationship management, stock visibility, and ensuring smooth in-store operations across assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle PO (Purchase Order) collection from D-Mart and Reliance stores.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at assigned outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and category teams.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Execute promotional activities and branding as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and maintain execution standards.
- Share daily sales and visit reports with management.
- Coordinate with distributors, warehouse, and internal sales teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of store-level issues and maintain compliance.

Candidate Requirements
- Chennai-based candidate preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, merchandising, or modern trade operations.
- Experience handling D-Mart / Reliance accounts will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu stores.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- FMCG / Retail sales background preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
